Lee, K. Howard. Lee, good to see you, man. Hey, Billy, it's great to be with you. And I've got to tell you, I'm a long time fan of the pre-show, never been on the pre-show before, but on KSR itself. But this feels like a step up. It feels like I've made it now that I'm on the pre-show with Billy Rose. Welcome to the big the big leagues leakey i think you did a show with ryan and shannon last year maybe in like september or so but yeah your debut on the pre-show i think i produced a show that you did way back in the day or something like that we got connected and and never just never did this so i'm i'm glad to go to the bullpen and bring you on. If I seem happy today, it's not just because you were in

studio, Lee K, it's because they fixed the car. just never did this. So I'm glad to go to the bullpen and bring you on. If I seem happy today,

I finally get to drink some coffee again. Are you a coffee guy? You can tell. Oh, there it is. I didn't

even see that. I brought my own coffee because there's one thing that I actually run on every single day and it's probably

more coffee than most people are supposed to drink, but there's never a moment in my day where I

don't have coffee within reach. So I'm glad the coffee machine's fixed here, but I brought my own

just in case. Well, I haven't spoken to you in a while. Congratulations. I'm becoming the sports

director at WKYT. I know you've been doing it for a while now, so it's not the newest position for you, but how are you settling in? How's the job different from what you've been doing in the Lexington market over the last, what, 15, 20 years? Man, it's been great. Like you said, I've been at WKYT for 15 years now. I've just moved into this sports director position in September.

And we've got a great team. I mean, we, it's, it's fun, what we do every day and getting

to cover sports the way that I have for the last 15 years now with a few more responsibilities,

obviously, schedule change. That's been, that's been a positive actually. But no, things are great. And, you know, things are good within the Lexington sports market. And so happy to be here, absolutely.

So do you assign the stories now to your reporters? Because I'll be honest, when I was at Western Kentucky and did radio operations, I tried everything in my power to not do TV.
