| 0:36.7 | I'm Billy Rutledge, along with Shannon the dude. You can give us a call in the Clark's Puppet Shop phone line. That's 859-2-2-8-7. Text us at 502-265-66. That's the Quantro Auto Group text line. Shannon and I were just trying to figure out who was doing the heavy breathing into the microphone yesterday during KSR. |
| 0:56.0 | Yeah. Did you not know? Usually our guy, Ryan, but maybe it was the return of Drew yesterday coming back to the show. |
| 1:02.0 | You know, being a dad, it's tough work. I was just saying somebody needs to hit the P90X, getting wind up sitting down, talking. |
| 1:09.3 | I haven't stopped smiling since you said that. |
| 1:11.2 | I do remember P90X, not because I did it or anything, Shannon, but that was something I told younger, Billy, that if I did P90X one day, I'd be ripped. That's all I'd need to do once I became an adult, Shannon, was do a little P90X. Did you do it? Did you do it consistently? No, I never did it once. Okay, well, you got to do it. |
| 1:27.0 | I was always something I told myself I would do. |
| 1:28.5 | Okay, so, you know, I it. I was always something I told myself I would do. Okay, so, you know, like I've started that on, on the body app thing that I've been talking about. So I go from program to program. You start doing that stuff. If you do well, or at least decently well, you can't just, you know, go do P90X and eat a dozen donuts and wash it down with chocolate milk. But yeah, that stuff works, man. If you do it and you're consistent with it and you eat decently well, you can get shredded doing that. Well, I've become addicted to the gains, Shannon, go to the gym a little bit more often lately. There's nothing like, you know, picking up a little bit of a bigger size dumbbell than you did the week before or, you know, hitting your rep amount. |
| 2:03.7 | So that is fun. |
| 2:04.6 | But I'm glad you brought up food this morning because I was taken aback yesterday when Matt said, cheap things to make your life easier, went through a list of things in which cooking at home was one of them. |
| 2:16.3 | And Shannon the dude's answer, I quote, I've got it written down here. I'm glad that you listened so closely to me. I do, yes. You should have a book of Shannon the dude quotes, so you could sell that. Well, we'll get to your quotes on the bidet here pretty soon. But the one on cooking at home, you said, if it takes longer to cook than to eat, I'm out. Exactly. I think that's a great way to live life. |
