| 0:00.0 | Welcome, everyone. It is the KSR pre-show Thursday, February 19th. I'm Shannon the dude. I'm in Louisville being joined by Billy Relage. He's over in Lexington. And you can give us a call in the Clark's Pubbit Shop phone line, no matter where you are at 859-2-9-2-8-0-Cats. Bearkey Thief Call of the Day. You can also send us a text on the KSR |
| 0:25.4 | pre-show text line, sponsored by Quantro Auto Group. That is 502-2656656. Looking at Billy, who is looking at |
| 0:35.0 | the RFK Jr. Kid Rock workout video that came out yesterday. |
| 0:39.6 | What do you think about that? I don't know how many people have actually seen this video. |
| 0:43.4 | There was a bizarre workout video with RFK Jr. and Kid Rock who got together. |
| 0:48.9 | They were sweating it out in the sauna. I think at one point they moved an exercise bike into the sauna. |
| 0:55.4 | So one of them was on the exercise bike. The other one was doing a plank inside the sauna. I think at one point they moved an exercise bike into the sauna. So one of them was on the exercise bike. The other one was doing a plank inside the sauna. And RFK Jr., I guess you're |
| 1:00.7 | supposed to work out with blue jeans on. I wasn't aware of that. And then it ends with them in a |
| 1:06.0 | hot tub drinking milk together. I'm completely mesmerized. I've, I've been derailed on whatever thought that I had |
| 1:12.9 | before the show started. I cannot stop watching Kid Rock and RFK Jr. do this workout together. |
| 1:18.8 | And you're right. They move the exercise bike into the sauna. At one point, they stop and play |
| 1:23.3 | pickleball together, Shannon, drinking milk at the end of it. Why haven't me and you done a video like this? Let's go. I think we could parody this video to a tea, and it would be perfect KSR pre-show. As long as I'm RFK Jr. and you're Kid Rock, because Kid Rock, those arms, I know Kid Rock is big on... I got to watch it. I know Kid Rock's big on the Second Amendment, but he doesn't have guns on those arms. |
| 1:46.0 | Those are like wet spaghetti noodles that Kid Rock's going on there. |
| 1:49.5 | Those are some tiny little arms. |
| 1:52.0 | But like the bald eagle being edited into the background and things like that. |
| 1:56.5 | Like it's very, I don't know what the word is, Shannon. |
| 2:00.5 | Bizarre? It's bizarre. Bizarre is another good word for it. Have you ever seen somebody work out in their blue jeans? Just him. I think there was another video of him doing this in blue jeans. So like you asked me that and he might be the only other example that I have. But that's crazy though working out in blue jeans. I'm sure some people do it. But for a planned video like this, dude, he's also shoeless, like no shoes on either. So just blue jeans, no shirt, no shoes. Well, he's in the sauna. But, you know, when you get in the sauna, you know, he's in the cold tub, too, with his jeans on. That's true, yeah. I don't know. Like, you, you've been doing the sauna thing, and you |
| 2:38.2 | had the cold plunge thing for a while, and you tried to, like, not wear any clothes. I think |
| 2:43.5 | they tried to kick you out, though, right? Because you didn't have your clothes on. So they said, |
| 2:47.2 | Billy, you got to at least put something on when you get in there. You're sharing this on with other people. |
| 2:52.4 | No, I've got shorts on, of course. |
| 4:31.1 | I haven't reached the age where I think I can just strip and own the locker room like older men do with these gyms, Shannon. I don't know what it is. I don't know if you've gotten to that age yet. but some they just don't care at a certain point and you can turn a corner in the locker room and see something you really don't want to see. See, I don't know if that's like a generational thing or an old man thing. Like, I don't know if it's like old men now. Do they still do that? I mean, like 20 years ago, old men in a gym would walk around with nothing on and it would be like, dude, put a towel on or something. But you're telling me that old men still do that? Still walking around butt naked in the locker room. They got showers in there. So it's the journey from the lockers to the shower is still one that, you know, gets people. So I don't, I think it is more generational. I think you get to that point where you just don't care, right? I mean, and that's not just locker rooms or walking around naked. It's a lot of aspects in life, right? Yeah, yeah. It's definitely a bizarre video if you haven't seen it. You should definitely check that out. Kind of a bizarre night in college basketball last night. What I'm calling the game of the season, a lot of people are saying the game of the season. Alabama beats Arkansas double overtime, 117 to 115. Did you watch this game? Yes. Yeah, I actually turned it off for a little bit. Arkansas had a huge lead at one point in the second half. And then I came back in there in overtime. And I mean, what a game. Was it A-Cuff that had 49 points in the game? Yeah. Most ever by a freshman under John Caliperi just beating Malik Munk in that game he had versus North Carolina. And it's just like head scratching because you see the guy play 49 minutes and score 49 points, but Otega Owe can't play 35 without being fatigued, right? Yeah. That just kind of falls on deaf ears when you see something like that, but maybe game of the season last year. It was such a Caliperi game, too. I mean, they had, like you said, a couple of different chances to win the game, including in regulation. I don't know if you saw this play, Billy, but an Arkansas player, I forget who it was, |
