What's up, everybody? Finn Melanson, joined by Leah Yangling and Brett Hornig to round out our day two, Tuesday coverage of the 2025 Western States 100. Here tonight, it is, well, it was raining a minute ago, which is interesting because it was also inclement weather during the men's preview, but we are here to preview the women's field this year. I think it's a very interesting field.

One of the things that we were talking about offline,

I agree with some of the fans out there, even interpersonally here,

minimizing talk about Katie and Courtney,

because this is a really interesting, fascinating,

deep, qualified women's field.

It's extremely deep.

And I think our friend over at Free Trail, Travis Longcar, has crunched some of the numbers.

And I think the depth of the UTMB indexes, the ITRA indexes of the women's field is actually superior to the men's field.

And I think it's easy to talk about

the lack of what people would perceive as like heavy hitters on the women's side this year.

But I think there's just as much star power without a Katie and Courtney here. And I'm really

excited to get to dig into some of those. I think a big portion of that is because of how international this women's field is.

So there might just not be nearly as many regular household names on the American ultra-circuit.

So Finn's going to deliver us some knowledge.

Break down the names and the races of every single international run.
