we're back this is the 2025 ultra trail running year and review joined by friends colleagues

leah yingling brett hornig i believe this is the fourth time we've done this dating back to

2022 which we're getting old this is amazing does did this year feel like

it went by fast or slow slow slow I think I don't know December like December got here kind of

fast but I feel like the first six months were pretty slow yeah I just feel like it's an

interesting question with like tiny children. Yeah.

Slow on the daily, fast in the macro. Months flew by days dragged on for me. Yeah, I think that's

kind of where I'm at. Also, I was getting 2024 and 2025, like very mixed up. I was texting Leah about some of these categories.
