So this week we just did my top 10 returning quarterbacks in college football.

Now we're doing my top 10 returning running backs in college football,

entering the 2025 season.

Again, this is ranking the guys in college football right now,

not a ranking for the 2025 NFL draft.

In fact, there's actually a guy in this list that's actually not even, or 2026 in the drafts.

Excuse me. This guy in this list is not even eligible for the 2026 draft.

So we'll get into him in just a second.

All these lists are made using the beautiful data and analytics and of course tape watching that we have available for pff plus subscribers

available with pf plus subscription at subscribe. pff.com. Dolan, a loaded, loaded running back

class that we just had in the 2025 NFL draft, but we still have a lot of really talented

backs that we have come back to college football next year. Absolutely. I think there's 15 to 20 names that you could at least consider for a top 10 here.

And there's a lot of schools that are still looking to run the football,

even some with multiple backs at the same school.

So I think there's a lot of talent here.

I wouldn't say it's quite as stacked as the top of the class we had last year, but there's still a lot of really good players that are going to be big factors in this college football season. Absolutely. All right. Let's get into my top 10 running

So Jaden Ott now with the Oklahoma Sooners after playing a few years with the California Golden Bears.

Last year on my list, he was the number four running back in college football.
