I've not recorded a show for this podcast for a very long time.

And I'm firing back up the podcast and I'm hoping that all of you beautiful,

awesome humans that subscribed to this show

got a notification on your phone to say, boom, there's a new message.

Here I am.

So I'm doing this because there's some stuff I want to share that I think will be helpful for you.

I also want to talk of some evolution and some changes and then you can decide whether you want to stick around for that or not.

You might be aware from a podcast that I posted a while

back that I had started a new show called The Awesome Human. Well, I'm going to delete that show,

take those episodes, upload it to Bencuba Radio and then continue on.

And I'm going to be renaming this podcast, but I will leave that for now.

So 2025.

Now I know it's 2026, but I'm a big fan of setting goals, stretching myself, achieving things.

And the turn of a year is always a lovely time to reflect and think about your year,

what you're happy with, what you're not happy with, the year that you're going into,

so what your aspirations are, etc. Now, side note, I am recording this in my car. You might hear

some background noise, some road noise, apologies, but one thing I have committed myself to this year is trying to make what I want to do
