Always a pleasure to talk with the man who really gave me my first breaks in this industry.

So always cool to talk with you.

We miss you over here at Rotowire, but love to see you doing your thing and having a lot of success. And it's just great to catch up with you a little bit. I appreciate that. It's been fun over the years, just getting chances to catch up with you again. First pitch Arizona coming up here in just a couple of months. We talked about that last week with Ryan Bloomfield. Still a chance to get an early bird rate on that. If you'd like to join us out in the desert, November 6 through the 9th are the dates this year. So we've got that to look forward to, baseball hq.com. For anybody interested, I think you've gone out there several times. It's one of those places that once you go, it sort of becomes part of an annual plan for a lot of folks.

Schedule is permitting. It moves around a little bit by weekend, but it's a great place to

catch up with old friends, to make new ones, and to watch some baseball in pretty much

perfect Arizona weather right after the World Series wraps up. Right when you feel like baseball

is gone for the entire winter, it's the second

chance to one last bite at the apple. It really reminds you that this never really stops.

It's just a 24-7, 365 type of thing. And if you love baseball, I highly recommend. I remember

going with you the first couple times I was there and being a little nervous, but everybody

was so welcoming and kind and just, you know, that kind of anxiety just left immediately. It's really a good rapport there with everybody and a judgment-free zone. So it's great.

Definitely. And Brent Hershey, Ray Murphy, done a great job. Continuing that tradition running that conference. You know, Ron Chandler, Rick Wilton started it 30 years ago now. It's hard to believe it's been that long since that conference started. It's grown quite a bit too. So hopefully we'll see some new faces and catch up with a lot of old friends over the course of first pitch Arizona this year. On this episode, Clay, we're going to dig
