who are writing criticism at an exceptional level, ready to take our jobs. Absolutely, Jim. I mean,

it's kind of thrilling to talk to people who still want to do this, you know, and doing a great

job of it as students. Thank you to

the Goldschmidt Foundation for donating to these students and giving us this opportunity. Jim,

we're talking with the writing prize winners today, which is a treat for us because we're trying to

be writers ourselves. Yeah, We still aspire to that.

You know, and I have taught for 16 years reviewing the arts at Columbia College and now

moving on to Medill.

Very excited about teaching, you know, the few things I've learned about writing criticism.

We're joined by two folks who had my class at Columbia College,

Amy Fisher and Zink. And our third writer winner, Rosalie Gengris, won't be here today,

but she will be joining us for our photo prize winners episode because she got both a photo
