intentions for 2025 and see how they went. We'll be sharing our personal to-da-lis, which is a little bit of a new

tradition, as well as what made us laugh,

cry, curse, and think this year. We'll check in with our messages from our past selves from

about what we're leaving behind in 2025. Okay, let's start with reminding ourselves probably and our listeners what our intentions

were for 2025 and how that kind of played out throughout the year. Okay, my word for 2025 was power.

Oh, that's right. And I went back to see what I said. I did think about this word from time to time. And I think,

like usual, I would not think of it for weeks or month at a time. And then I would be like,

oh yeah, what was my word? And I would kind of tap into that and remember what I set my intentions

as. So at the beginning of the year, I said that I wanted to think about this word in terms of,

I have the power to protect my peace word in terms of I have the power to protect my peace

and my time.

I have the power to succeed at new things I try.

And I have the power to make a difference.
