Why would you be? Fields can play good football. He's got some playmakers around him.

He's got a ground game to support him. He can still run the ball. And man, he's got a chip on his

shoulder. So QB1 upside of course, Bloom. That's a little hanging fruit to talk about with

Justin Fields. It's been rough times for Jets fans.

It's been rough.

Zach Wilson,

Aaron Rogers,

coaches they've had,

forgettable, poor Robert Sala.

But Aaron Glenn has arrived,

and you have a new regime top to bottom.

Joe Douglas is out too.

So could things be better?

Well, they really could.

They go and make their pitch to Justin Fields.

Steelers wanted to keep Justin Fields.

Only paying Justin Fields is about 20 million a year.

And the reality is we've never seen Justin Fields even put in a plus situation.

Okay, the Bears, we know that the coaching was frustrating for many players there.

And then he goes to the Steelers, the Steelers at least willing to use him a little more as a runner.

And then after six games, he goes four and two, you know, some good moments and bad moments.
