Understanding interceptions, past breakups, deep safeties, box alignments, slot corners, wide corners,

defensive schemes in general are all a massive part in identifying who to target for IDP at the

defensive back position, which is why we need to project smarter when it comes to this

unstable position.

proudly presented by Yahoo Fantasy, we wrap up our 2025 IDP rankings and tiers series

by covering both the safeties and the cornerbacks for our DB rankings.

I have something like 100 DBs ranked and tiered for this season.

And like with the linebackers, I'll hit on all the tiers and at least let you guys know

how I'm viewing most of these defensive backs heading into the year, at least for now,

because there will be updates throughout training camp

and the preseason like there already has been for the linebackers.
