you being here today obviously we have some spring games that have passed but we want to talk

about these quarterback battles for some of the biggest programs in the country because guys

there's a there's a lot of them it feels like this year i mean i know there's quarterback battles

there's a decent amount of around college football each season but but at the tippity top, the tippity of the tippity top,

it seems like there's a decent amount this year. And I want to start with Alabama. Because, I mean,

obviously, you know, losing Jalen Mill Row after last year, some fans are happy about it, some fans aren't as happy about it. But this is one of

the truest quarterback battles that I think we have. I know Greg McElroy came out and said he feels like

Ty Simpson's in a very strong position. If I was a betting man, I'd put my money on Ty Simpson, but everything

I'm hearing, not only kind of from the coaches who are going to, you know, they're not going to tell you too much of what's going on or exactly what's going on. But it seems like Austin Mack, the transfer from Washington, the big kid, has a lot of the guys in the locker room right now that believe in them. And we all know that goes a long way because you can trick a lot of people. You can trick the fans. You can trick the media. You can't trick the players on who is the best quarterback.

But it seems like Keel and Russell, great prospect, very athletic.

Doesn't seem like his time is right now.

It feels like a two-man battle to me.

Ty Simpson does have more experience, obviously, than what Austin Mac does with Mack making

the move over, red shirting, obviously.

But, Cohn, Austin Mac was

Kalin-Dabor's guy. Ty Simpson was not Kalin-Dabor's guy. So Ty's going to have to really go out
