in Somerset this morning, but the weather had other ideas. And here we are. I'm in the studio

in Louisville. You're at home in Lexington. What's it looking like over there in lexington how much snow did you guys get yeah just like a couple inches maybe like two or three here i think louisville probably got a little bit more than us but yeah a little disappointed that i don't don't get to see you in person and our good friends over there in somerset, but I'm at my house. I have house slippers

on Shannon, so I'm ready to go. House slipper. You're like an old man. Oh yeah. Big into the house slipper game. Are you not? I have them, but I don't really wear them. You know, it's like one of those things. Like, I'm sure you've got stuff in your closet, like you got it, but you don't and wear it. I've become a big robe wear, though. I'm like Rick Flair in the morning,

jerry eve's show starts we got about uh i think probably a solid four here we got quite a bit of

snow okay so if you're if you have to go out there be careful i will tell you like the route that i took

like barge town road is still a little bit icy so be careful if you're out there. Gene Snyder in 65, pretty good. I mean, traffic was slow a little bit on the Snyder, but other than that, roads looking pretty good out there right now. So there's your traffic report. And, you know, let's talk a little sports here. But before we do that, though, but one other thing on this whole snow thing, you got to, you got to tell me about Billy. Why does everybody go out when it snows and get bread and milk? Like, what is the bread and milk phenomenon? What, what is that? You got, like, if you're a bread company or like, uh, you know, a milk company, Dean's milk or whatever it is is you got to be loving when it snows because

everybody goes out and gets bread and milk and i don't understand it i'm like you can have your

bread and milk give me some beer and some chili and i'm good to go when it snows yeah is french toast

the meal when the power goes out shannon i feel like that's what everybody gets it was the

most genius marketing move whoever convinced us that we needed bread and milk

when uh weather comes like this you know toilet paper goes off the shelf pretty quickly if you

remember the covid times couldn't find it i had to use sandpaper a couple of times there's nothing

else to use you cannot find toilet paper during covid yeah well i could get you on to the bidet life, Shannon, but I don't know.

Oh, yeah, I know, right. Is that still working out well for you? Do you like the bidet? Yeah, I've shifted away from the bidet. We've kind of gone. Oh. Toilet paper. All right. I mean, I just never put it on the hot water, Shannon. You just don't like it.
