we can finally speak freely about this topic that I can't think of.

So, yeah, I guess i'm feeling it this morning i have learned that i

have to take notes if i have an idea for the show i have to put it in my messages or my notes or

my calendar or something or i'll just forget it earlier this year i've always been pretty good about

writing things down and have like an idea for a website post or something i go to the notes app but i have

to have to have a to do list now i i surrendered to to do this year i have one in front of me

every day yeah with like times if i get behind you better catch up like it'll it'll pop up you have

you in an alert if you've missed your appointment yeah i'll put little things on there too it's not big

stuff like go do the radio show it can be little some just a little chore i have to do but i
