Thief call of the day. And we had a great time at Whiskey Thief last Friday, kicking off the

holiday weekend where now it's the sun is shining bright. We all fell back on our clocks. Hopefully we're well rested and ready to go on this Monday morning. Shannon the dude is alongside in Louisville. Good morning, Shannon. What's up? Hey, man, what's up? I was completely thrown off by the time change. This morning I was waking up at 4.30. My body's saying, hey, let's go. It's time to go to work. Time to go. Get up. And I look at the clock and it's 4.30. So now it's 4.30 and I'm just lying there wide awake going, what do I do now? I hate the time change. I wish we would pick one time, stick with it and say, this is the time we're going with forever we don't need to keep changing

every time the season changes but we do here in kentucky and throughout most of america and

it's ridiculous we need to just pick a time and stick with it whatever it's maybe yep we have this

conversation twice a year right and this is our second time having it we've talked about

congress having a bill and that just kind of died not sure where where that's at right now. So who knows if we'll ever have a normal system again. But we've been doing this for a while and we'll keep on doing it. Is this the only acceptable day you can be late for something? Like do you give somebody any credence because of the fallback? Or is it because we've had an extra day it's like

you need to get together with it yeah i mean i saw like a study that says it takes most people like a

week to get adjusted to the time change okay but if we're falling back i mean it would be like

when you jump forward it would be when it would be confusing with the time right when you would be

late sure so yeah no i don't i don't think you'd use that as an excuse. Okay. I think probably people are, though. I'm sure there are some people this week, but hopefully everybody had a good Halloween weekend. You know, Shannon, I don't know if the kids trick or treat like they used to anymore. They don't. They don't. I just don't think there's the want to anymore in the younger generation.

Here I go back in my day.

But, Shad, I mean, we had Kool-Aid packets.

We had Pringles cans.

We had nerd gummy clusters ready to give the whole neighborhood candy.
