| 0:27.5 | It's Billy Rutledge and Shannon the dude. Shannon is in Louisville. What's up, man? Good to see you. Again, happy Thursday. |
| 0:33.0 | Hey, that's right, man. We're getting closer to the weekend. Tomorrow we are out at Wild Eggs, right? |
| 0:39.4 | That's right. Yes, the Hamburg location of Wild Eggs. I missed the Wild Eggs show a week or two ago when you guys were at the new location at Tate's Creek and you guys went back in the kitchen and were flipping things on the grill. I mean, it was a whole operation back there. |
| 0:52.5 | I was a lot of fun. |
| 0:53.5 | I went to the wrong location, so hopefully I've got the right one this time and don't show up the wrong wild. There's so many wild eggs. There's eggs wild everywhere, and I went to the wrong location. Well, they're growing, and we know KSR sponsors like to do that a lot. Speaking of food, how was the chili cookoff yesterday? Oh, it was great. It was a lot of fun. |
| 1:12.8 | We had 12 entrants. Now, they say you're supposed to sample four of them, and I go, well, how would I be able to pick which one's the best out of 12 if I only try four? You've got to try all of them, right? Yeah, that didn't make sense. So, yeah, the white chili is the one that ended up winning. |
| 1:28.8 | So there's all these regular chilies, and then there was the white chicken chili, |
| 1:32.4 | and that ended up winning the chili cook-off. |
| 1:35.0 | Was it the only white chili there? |
| 1:36.6 | Was it like the unique factor of it? |
| 1:38.6 | Yep. |
| 1:39.3 | Were there noodles in it? |
| 1:41.7 | No, there were no needle noodles in it. |
| 1:43.6 | I would have given extra credit points if there were noodles in it. Were there any of the chilies with noodles in it? I don't think so. Okay, so the chili cookoff went on without noodles, Shannon. So I think you would be in the unpopular opinion range yesterday. Well, I mean, we put a little noodles in there. I think it would have been a lot better. I think maybe that was a, I don't know if that was a prerequisite. Like, whatever you do, you don't have to put, don't put any noodles in there. I'm not sure if that was a rule or not, but I didn't see any noodles. But I'm just saying noodles make it better. Do you think you've made it in life when you become the judge of a chili cookoff? I mean, that seems like a celebrity level that I'm striving for one day, Shannon. |
