It's Logan Stenberg here in studio with me on the KSTR pre-show. Good morning, Logan. What's up, man? Thanks for having me, man. That's a hell of an intro. Thanks for, you know, singing my praise is pretty loud and clear for me. Oh, that intro, man, it's no problem at all, man. You have become a teammate of mine as a co-host on Countdown to Kickoff. It's your second year on the radio, right? Yes, sir. Second year doing it, loving every second of it. You make it easy for me. So again, thank you. And just happy to be doing that, man. Yeah. Well, it's, it's fun to be around the game, right? I'm sure you play your entire life. You play high-level ball, you play in the NFL, and then it immediately stops. Yep. And, you know, I'm sure you play your entire life. You play high level ball. You play in the NFL and then it immediately stops. Yep. And I'm sure a lot of athletes try to find a purpose in life after playing. And I think you fit right in on the radio. That transition period, you know, it's really cliche to talk about. But it's hard, man. It is super hard to going from playing football. That's your identity. It's something something you do every single day you know what you're going to do when you wake up that day you're going to train you're going to eat you're going to try to better yourself to play football better once that's taken away like you just mentioned what do you do now obviously I have my family that kind of helped me with that transition beautiful wife and kid at home but then you kind of get that itch like, where's football? Where is it? Do you want to be a coach? Do you want to go down these different routes that are sometimes open, sometimes closed for you? Obviously, the radio one, that door kind of opened. And I jumped right in head first and I've loved every second of it. So I'm just blessed to be here. How's your relationship with Stoops? Like being around the program again, that's got to be nice, right? Yeah, it's awesome. He always welcomes me with open arms. Everybody there, Eddie Grand, coach White, some of the guys that were there when I was playing that have moved on to maybe different positions. You know, Eddie was my OC. Now he's kind of the GM looking over the roster. And it's weird kind of seeing them transition into different

positions, but fun to know that the guys are still the same. And, you know, I just like being a

part of UK. I love this place. I love Lexington. I love the school and the atmosphere. And so

being a part of that is just what I want to do.

Logan for a little bit because you were a part, I believe it was 2015 to 19 here at Kentucky.

You were a part of the Lynn Bowden season in 2019 where Eddie Grand previously mentioned

just decided to create a whole new offense for the guy to play quarterback.

I mean, you're blocking at that time.
