that far it's almost one of those fake it till you make it type type of things but you're still doing

that oh yeah yeah you're doing that right now this morning yeah don't get it twisted by one hour a day

starts now but uh no i'm really excited for this it's just it's one of the best weeks of the year

i think some people like ryan lemon will never go back to the derby.

But Shannon, to me, I still love it, and I still love getting out there, even though

there's 100,000 people there or plus.

You've also got a birthday coming up on Thursday, right?

Yeah. It's the big three-o coming up, as I was telling you before we got the show started, AARP is right

around the corner, Social Security coming up. So, yeah, welcome to your 30s. Yeah, no, Midlife Crisis,

Billy R Sports Week here. I had a little bit of a surprise party over the weekends since it's going to be such a busy weekend. And so I had a great time with friends and family. But this is kind of a birthday I've been dreading, Shannon. I don't know what it is, the big three-o. I don't know when my knees are going to start hurting a little bit more or if I'm just going to start going to bed an hour earlier every year. But Shannon, I feel like this is the start of getting to the old age. So this is

going to be a big week. You say you had a surprise birthday party. Who all shows up? Because I've never

had a surprise birthday party. I've always kind of secretly wanted a surprise birthday party.

But I guess like the people in my life just don't have it in them to put together a surprise.

Or maybe I would ruin the surprise because I would just know what's going on. So I've never
