As we started years ago, really with Johann's suggestion, because he just has a crystal ball and knows everything

about cycling including you know 17 year olds that nobody's ever heard of he said why don't

we do an up-and-comber show like yeah that's pretty good idea we don't know who We don't know who to talk about, but tell us who to talk about. And lo and behold, what are we, four years in? What, Yon, what's your percentage or hit percentage on picking these young riders? It has to be 70%. Well, I don't know. I never calculated, but, you know, I mean, it's not, it's not that difficult.

I think the most important is to follow the sport.

And, you know, I still talk to a lot of people within the Peloton.

What's amazing, actually, is how over the years, especially the last three, four years,

they start to scout juniors.

Now they start to scout cadets, which are like 15,

16 year olds. So, so it's, you know, they're getting younger and younger. And so the guys we're going to talk about today, a few of them will surprise people because of their really young age.
