All right, so I actually do want to start and let both of you.

Michael, if both of you can talk about your organization so the audience knows what State Armor and American Global Strategies actually are and what they do?

So my name is Michael Lucci.

State Armour is a non-profit organization.

We focus on enacting state solutions to global security threats.

Of course, global security threats, it's the Communist Party of China.

There are Iranian operations that occur in the States. They're Russian operations, but far and away, it's the Communist Party of China. There are Iranian operations that occur in the States.

There are Russian operations, but far and away, it's the Communist Party of China.

So we do solutions for protecting critical infrastructure, protecting state supply chains,

and then shutting down influence operations, which are really becoming pervasive across the states.

Okay, Brian, before you jump in, because I know your background, Michael, what's your

background?

My background is state policy and politics.

So I was the policy chief for the governor of Illinois a couple years ago.

A lot of different think tanks, tax regs, labor policy.

I just started seeing a gap at the state level.

So you would see the federal government do something like,

let's get the federal pensions out of China.

Meanwhile, the states are throwing as much pension money into China as they can.
