this episode is going to be different and super short. I just want to talk about some of the insights emerging from the listener survey that so many of you took, thank you, and some of the emerging changes that are going to happen.

First, I really do want to say a huge thank you and congratulations to the hundreds of folks who did take that survey.

I also got some feedback

that the survey was way too long and annoying.

hmm which of these guest options are really most appropriate?

Hmm, which of this content within the episode should we keep versus cut? All that stuff
