telling me not now Tim. He's holding off on an endorsement for now recommending that

voters study each candidate and their past.

Scott also says that being Vice President has never been on his to-do list,

Andy Sabin was one of his major Republican donors. He had no debate experience,

and that really put him behind the 8-ball.
