0:15.0	But when we think about New Year, January, we think a lot about New Year's resolutions in addition to goal setting and a lot of those classic resolutions tend to
0:24.3	revolve around life and health stuff all in the interest of feeling better in the
0:28.6	next year whether it's losing weight or maybe traveling, eating healthy,
0:32.2	getting in a relationship, getting out of a relationship, right?
0:35.0	But today's episode is going to focus around goal setting when it comes to our plants,
0:41.0	because if you are in a rhythm with your plants, if you are actively showing
0:44.9	up to your hobby and love of plants, I'm going to bet that it is going to help you feel better.
0:51.2	Caring for plants, as we all know, is an amazing way to grow joy in your life.

1:00.0	show up to this hobby in the best way to create the most joy for ourselves, the most calm, the most nervous system
