Greetings from Epcot.

It is Saturday, January 13th, and we are walking up to the parking lot. It is 2.27 p.m.

We are here for opening weekend of Festival of the Arts. Love opening day, usually, of festivals

here at Epcot. We did not come yesterday for opening day because of the weather. It was

rainy off and on. They weren't doing everything here,

like the chalk artists weren't out for the sidewalk stuff because... Or at least not early on.

Or at least not early on, because obviously it was raining. So we decided to postpone to today,

which meant that we traded the opening day for a little bit better weather. It is overcast, but the sun is peeking out every once

in a while. There is no rain, which is nice. And it's about 13, 14 degrees cooler than it was

yesterday. So low 60s. So it's kind of, it's that nice kind of winter Florida temperatures, which I

love. Sounds like the perfect day for grilled cheese and tomato soup from Pop Eats.

Oh, yeah.

I'm looking forward to several things on the menu or menus, I should say, from the booths.

A couple of the highlights is that one.

And then also the mushroom risotto from the like Canada area.

And I've heard great things about the banana margarita from Mexico.

So I'm looking forward to several different options.

Some things are repeats from last year and some new things.

The best thing from last year that was our favorite that we actually came back to probably more times than any other festival for any other thing. Hello, Tram. Was that grilled cheese from Poppitz? So they have a regular

grilled cheese with tomato soup, but they also have like a fried green tomato with bacon and pimento

cheese grill cheese with tomato soup,

which to me sounded kind of gross last year,
