And this was Disney and ABC bizarrely capitulating to Trump with this lawsuit over George Stephanopoulos in an interview on ABC News, basically quoting the judge in the case involving E. Jean Carroll,

where the jury found Trump guilty of a sexual offense but did not call it rape. And the judge said that it really was rape, that the jury was

uncertain over whether digital penetration with a finger would be the same as what we would

normally define as rape or usually define as rape.
