Welcome to another episode of Preferred Walk On PFF's College Football show. I'm your host Max Chabwick alongside my co-host, Dalton Wasserman.

Now we have a pretty special episode that we got here today dawn

obviously the NFL draft declaration deadline was this past Monday so instead of

kind of talking about the guys who did declare for the draft, we're going to talk about the

best players who declined the NFL draft and are coming back to school next season and

it's just some other stuff that we're talking about now but man don't it's good to talk to you again man we talked

about the Nick saving episode last week kind of took the rest of the week off but now we're kind of really in the

off season grind now do so I'm excited to get some stuff with you.

Honestly I think it's more than a grind this year it feels like it's completely off the

rails right I think I think most other years we kind of get to the title game and

we kind of hit the breaks and we're like okay and then you know then there was

National Signing Day used to be like the big day in between the end of the year and the draft it now

it just feels like the second the title game ended everything went completely off the rail

Sabon, DeBoer, that Jed Fish going to Washington now, the Harboss situation,

the draft declarations, the transfer portal and guys flipping commitments and all I it feels like that you know maybe a lot of these coaches that say it or right a college football is just a roller coaster more than ever even in the off thesite, maybe even more than in-season. At least in-season there's a routine of like, okay,

this games every Saturday and then some things maybe happen in between, but like we're focused on winning and losing.

It's a wild ride. Doesn't it feel like it's been a lot more than nine days since the title game?

Oh my gosh it does feel like that absolutely and I remember so we put out obviously our way too early top 25 that we recorded for the national

championship game. I'm telling you guys right now if you're watching that back right

now and commenting on it and calling us idiots I don't blame you because

Dolan I are going to be putting out an updated one in about a few weeks

because there are so many things
