Good morning, Ryan.

Yes, I am at KS. Bar and Grill.

Unlike the last time you had me on, I was supposed to be in Somerset when the show started.

And I think when the show started, I was probably in Richmond driving down there because I had

overslept a little bit. So, yeah, we're bright-eyed, bushy-town ready to go today. I think that setting the clock back actually benefited you and I.

True.

In this situation, because otherwise you would probably be late this morning.

Did you remember to set your clock back?

Because this whole thing has got my internal clock completely thrown off right now.

Like, I'm waking up at 4.30 in the morning now. And I'm ready to go.

Like this morning, I wake up. I'm shot out of a cannon ready to go, full of energy. I look at the

clock. It's 4.30. Yeah. And it got dark yesterday at like 6.30, 7 o'clock. And I was like

yawning. Like, oh, it's nap time already. It's time to go to sleep.

So, yeah, it definitely threw me off yesterday. I was kind of out of sorts all day.

Part of the reason I think that I woke up so early is what you just said. It gets dark now so

early. And I guess when I was younger, Ryan, it didn't really affect me that much, but I'm noticing every year that I get older,
