looking huge right now what's going on with you and I'm actually feeling pretty small I've not been able to lift in two weeks or so so I'm a follow up on it on Wednesday so I should be getting

back in the gym probably here within a week or so.

Well nothing wrong with the little time off every now and then and but you know for me

I mean that's like therapy to me so that's true you know so I'd like to get in there

and you know bust it out and you know that what does what it does for me obviously physically

but more so what it does for me mentally physically but more so what it does for
