Helene is rolling through. I'm looking at it on the map right now. Not looking good for the the Gulf of Mexico on the

Florida panhandle. But anyway we'll talk we'll talk about everything going on in just a minute.

My thoughts and prayers are with the people in the panhandle, people in Florida getting ready for the storm,

especially the people in the Tampa and St. Petersburg area.

This would be about the time where we board up the windows.

Yeah, I'm looking at it right now on the map. It's coming.

It looks like towards Tallahassee, but Panama City Beach, Beach of course where I've got my place

Not looking too good for Panama City either so we just went through that a few years ago with Hurricane Michael I think it was back in 2018 and now it looks like they're getting about to

get hit with more of that today so and then of course you have neighbors that'll help

you out with your property down there yeah that's good thing. It's always good to have friends

especially when you have property when you're not there. So I've already got all the stuff

that's in off of my front porch inside, so we're good there. Nothing's going to be

flying off my porch. Yeah, hopefully they're just not

staying inside your Airbnb. They're just helping with the outside of it.
