myself because it is part two of my annual tradition to talk with my co-host one after another have them reflect on their athletic

accomplishments in the past year, their highs, their lows, as well as to look forward to the new year.

You you had a really long slow recovery from a double whammy to your lungs.

So you got to remind folks about that.

Oh gosh that was yeah that was mainly in 20 the late 2021 I got double pneumonia

had gotten over that that was a long hard slog and then I got COVID and I didn't have a bad case. I was laid up for about a week, maybe eight days, but the recovery of it as far as getting out, even walking was very, very long.

And now I seem to sort of, you know, a couple of months where I can run, you know, a mile, a mile and a half, and then I'll have weeks where it's just tough.

But I think what I've really learned through all this and I've talked

about this before is you just got to go where you are. You just got to meet

yourself where you and your body are at the time and I have a group that I go out and walk and or jog a little bit with

Tuesday and Thursday mornings around six in the morning and we have a great time and I just figure you know
