1:14.7

before we get into the playoffs, I want to talk to you a little bit about the regular season

1:18.2

in the WMBA. Longest regular season we've ever had. We've got super teams in the W now,

1:24.2

if I'm not mistaken, highest scoring season in WMBA history as well.

1:29.2

Has this been as awesome of a regular season as it seems like to me?

1:32.8

It has been, you know, extended games, extended season means a lot more records have fallen,

1:37.4

a lot more incredible scoring performances.

1:39.8

Scoring has been up, as you mentioned, a ton of triple doubles, some history in that category,

all throughout the league. The super teams have been as good as advertised, even though New York did take a little bit of time to get going. You know, and, you know, the bottom of the league, the middle of the league, has been super competitive too, just kind of topsy-turvy. 2:11.4

foremost, but then the sky and the dream were like going down to the last games of the season

2:15.7

Kind of reminds me, honestly, of a Formula One season where we've got two teams really fighting for the title, a couple of good teams, and then a whole bunch of mid-carders who you don't exactly know what you're going to get from game to game. But it made for an exciting season, man. And I'm hyped for the playoffs to come around. Did you have a favorite game, a favorite moment from the regular season this year? I mean, there were a few memorable ones. I'm based in Brooklyn, so I've been around the Liberty a lot. I've seen a lot of Liberty games in person. I mean, Brianna Spurt's her first home game when she set a franchise record and career high 45 points against the fever.

2:55.6

Like that's how you kick off a tenure with a franchise with a bang, right?
