We are here to do a recap of UTMB, maybe slightly somewhat dipping into CCC and OCC discussion at certain points.

First thing I got to say, my screen time on my iPhone was up 217% last week and felt equally ashamed and proud of myself for attributing all of that to the week that

was at the UTMB World Series Finals.

And yeah, did you have a similar data insight or I don't know?

Oh, yeah.

I mean, so, I mean, for the setup, for the setup, I had my desktop, you know, which had all of the streaming stuff going.

I had my, I don't know, my laptop that had all the live tracking, all the chats.

And then I had a Chromebook connected to my TV just playing the live stream.

So I didn't use my phone too much.

So like from a screen time standpoint, my phone thinks I still did okay.

But when I was actually using three different computers for like 48 hours, Yeah, it was pretty excessive and I'm still

recovering a little bit from it. But, you know, kind of like we had said in our pre-race episode,

like, who sleeps the night before Christmas, you know? Like, you, there's time to recover now. We have a whole year. At a certain point in the
