And joining me today, a good buddy E.J. Snyder, who we've been talking with,

just leading up to the draft all through draft season, year after year, he keeps coming back.

He is the co-host of bootleg football.

E.J., I'm fired up to talk to you because if people haven't listened to your show,

they should be pretty fired up about your thoughts on the Seahawks' 2023 NFL draft?

Sometimes draft classes unfold in such a way during the draft that after about the third

pick, you're like, man, if they keep going this way, like, this is going to be one of the top drafts.

And the Seahawks draft was that way this year. They kept

right on rolling. They had one pick that I was sort of lukewarm on out of their pretty much entire

slate, maybe to call it one and a half. Everything else was like, wow, wow, oh man, great

fit, wow. And when man, great fit. Wow.

And when you get to the end and it's chaotic during draft weekend, you're trying to remember who went where and who's got what and who traded who.

And you get there and you look at the sum total list at the end and you go, holy cow.

Yeah.

Like that's a really strong effort for the second year in row, it does feel like a corner turning kind of approach from

John Schneider and his staff to sort of get back to basics.

I'm not sure.

Just pick good players, right?

Not take as many reaches.
