you're probably going to be listening to this somewhere throughout the week. And so what I want to do

in this episode is I'm not going to be doing a traditional episode

where I discuss a nutrition topic.

But what I want to do today is share some of the highlights from throughout the year,

share some stats from the podcast with you all.

I think you'll appreciate it.

This podcast has reached more people than I would have

expected it. And this is thanks to you all for sharing it, leaving reviews. And I also want to

highlight a couple of reviews that have come in that I really appreciate. There's been several

reviews that are just thoughtful that have given really high praise to the show and just going

through and looking at them, I really appreciated that and I want to highlight some of those

reviews and then also give an opportunity to potentially win some free stuff.

So I'll talk about how to do that in a few minutes as well.

And then we'll go into a brief discussion about some of the things that are coming up in 2024

in terms of programs, podcast, episode topics, and other things that you should expect over the new year.
