Well before we get into that let's do some highs and lows. Tell me what your

My high is that today I spent a little time on myself. I waxed my eyebrows and I

dyed them with beard dye.

I jakes like what's with the just for men beard dye and I'm like well it is not just

for men actually and I use it on my eyebrows. I can't say that they look great but they

look less bad and it felt good just to do something for myself. I also derma-plained.

I don't do do that with the like tiny razors.

I never do it myself but sometimes I will go get a facial at glow bar and that's one

of the things that they do and I really like it but I'm a little nervous to do it myself.

Yeah sometimes I get a little bit like fast and loose and cut myself but it's like the

best exfoliating thing and it's oddly satisfying. So I just spent like an hour doing that

today and tomorrow I'm just taking the whole day to myself and I'm feeling good to be getting

back to the business of taking care of myself.
