And we were a whole bunch of C's.

Michael was a D because of his health situation.

Katie was an A.

What does your letter grade for your life?

Think about it.

It might be a useful exercise,

or is it a terrible idea? I't know to every year look back on

your year and give yourself a letter grade well I like and this was off the top of my head

but I liked my system of finance, health, and relationships, those three categories and I'll bet you

could, you know, some people might add one or two more to that, but it helped me think through, you know know into each life a little rain must fall that went really well, but that was crappy and that's that's life and that's fine

Yeah I mean it's some lives have deluges of months long hurricanes and I don't mean to be little that but yeah

Ups and downs man if I had done this every year of my life and could look and had written it down and go back and look at it that'd be pretty pretty interesting

Yeah, and I think there'd probably be a certain amount of boy you were young then that didn't understand did you or not I don't know yeah and I can I can

think of years that in terms of relationships and family my cup runneth over those years just miraculous wonderful years that made life worth

living but man my finances sucked yeah I can think of some years that would have been

an a I can also think of some years that as a young man I might have given a lower grade

and now looking back on it from my current perspective I thought you are you a whiny

bastard.
