It's very much a tis the season kind of chat, but as we usually do I'll actually I'll tell everyone who's in the chat because there might be some questions and so on

We're gonna stick with a classic format. We're gonna look at how we did over the last six months and just broadly speaking the year but

mostly the last six months and then we're going to look at the first half of 2023 in annual

context then focusing on in the huff and then as we like to do we look at the

longer view and then kind of move the discussion in in a direction of what to do

how to be how to be with this moment that stuff. And in that context, if there are questions, I will be watching the

chat towards the end. Don't put them in now. I will not pay too much attention to them. So that's a general format, but like how is your year?

How is 2022 for you, sir?

I fell, I don't know, like a train on the tracks there was it went by very swiftly a lot got done

and it was very for me was very

Engagement in doing a thing and then there's the next thing and then there's the next thing and then there's the next thing.

So good, you know no no train act no no going off the rails.

But just busy just like on on on the tracks chugging wrong.

No good good I think because 2021 was the, confident was the worst year of my life.

And I'd say 2022 made the podium.
