So before we do anything serious, you just how many times a day do you work out because your muscles are bigger than they were when you played football?

Well, just just once a day, but you know, I mean, I got a lot more time to train and I trained differently, you know, when I was playing a quarterback, you know, I didn't want to train and be bulky and stuff.

And you know, once I retired, I was like, I screw you know, I'm just going to do whatever I want to do as far as lifting goes, you know, I didn't have like how much time a day are you in the gym?

Probably an hour and a half in the gym. It's more diet than anything to be honest with you like, you know, once I stopped, you know, when I was in college and stuff, I'm eating, you know, fast food and drinking beer.

And you know, when you stop doing that and start to miss it, do you miss eating food that's like, no, so what do you do? Like what do you eat?

So for breakfast, I'll have like six egg whites, some oatmeal, turkey bacon.

And then for dinner, it's usually like maybe a filet or salmon with some rice and some other type of greens, asparagus.
