This time we are covering the Speed Goat 50K race, which is taking place this coming Saturday,

July 23rd at the Snowbird Ski Resort.

I'm joined by my normal partner in crime, Brett Hornig, but we also have Leah Yingling

joining the podcast.

And for those of you that aren't familiar, Leah is obviously one of the best runners in our

sport right now.
