The next point that we've noticed is hiring is becoming more opaque

So the hiring process has always been a black box to candidates

You submit your resume and sometimes later you either get a job offer or a rejection and you're really not sure about what happens in between

And there are a lot of myths that abound

You know, once like when you're offered an interview make sure that you are the first one after lunch

Or make sure that you're the first or last candidate they say because of

Recessy buyers. Well, okay, but when somebody else is managing whoever else they're seeing how am I supposed to schedule that like

So there's all these myths and a great deal of the information you get about what goes on in this black box is wrong
