I am your host Josie Van Dyke and we are going over

2022. Today is not going to be a normal episode. I don't think we'll be doing any pop culture trash or trash

top I can. I might have a little bit of personal trash I want to share, but

we're just going to go over 2022. It was a really pivotal, crazy year for me.

And I want to apologize, my voice.

I sound a little nasally.

I got a cold, like everyone else right now so apologize for that but I hope you guys all had a great Christmas I

feel like that came and went so quick I'm not ready for 2023 if I'm being completely honest I'm a little

scared because 2022 has been so good to me that I don't know I'm skeptical I feel like I'm

gonna have a bad year which I shouldn't even say which I shouldn't even put that into the universe.

But I'm a glass half empty kind of girl.

Love that for me, and I'm just nervous.

I'm scared.

I don't know.

And maybe that's because of my personal trash I am on

pelvic rest again I started bleeding on Christmas Eve and that really sucked.

Obviously it wasn't enough to where I wanted to go to the ER and it was like at 10 o'clock at night

so I just kind of waited it out it stopped and then Christmas night as well

out around midnight I started bleeding again. And Monday, I was pretty normal.
