been on the pod. How's it going? What's up with you? Oh, I'm doing well. Just enjoying the first

snowfall that we have in Salt Lake City. Just got it this weekend. And I think winter is here to stay.

So perfect

training environment for my race in Thailand in two weeks where it's going to be 86 degrees and

100% humidity. I will totally echo that. We're in like the perfect time of the year where it's

still fall but kind of winter and you have all those orange reds other fall colors out it's spectacular

time brett what's up with you so they've always said that training in the heat was poor man's

altitude training does the opposite work wishful thinking guess we'll find out.

Yeah, it seems like summer finally ended here in Ashland as well.

It's just been a cold rain for the last few days. So I guess perfect end to a hovelina training block because actually I haven't gotten pretty warm weather all the way up until about now.

Right. Yeah, you got a up until about now. Right.

Yeah, you got a big race on Saturday.
