And today we have such a fun episode. We had Grace on to talk about what she's been

So last night I went to the National Book Awards which was it's basically the fanciest awards

that books has. It looked so fancy, very fancy. I was at like the Oscars of books. I was like,

is Becca at a movie premiere? Like very fancy. It was very fancy. I got invited by Metta and so

you know everyone else was like a very serious person and then it was like a table of books to

grand people. This is so cheesy but the best part was the acceptance speeches. It was clear

that you were watching somebody live their lifetime achievement. This was the honor of a lifetime

and specifically Google the speech that Sabah Tahir gave who wrote all my rage. She won for

young people's literature and she was sobbing the whole way through. It's so emotional. It's so

wonderful. You're just like you're so happy for her. I haven't even read the book yet and I'm so

happy. I was so happy. I was crying for her and then Imani Perry won for nonfiction and gave

an incredibly beautiful speech. That sounds really special. It was really really inspiring.

it was very wonderful and it was just like the first time I went to a black tie thing since COVID
