And I don't know why I've got so much energy because it's a Spanish Grand Prix edition,

but here we are. Welcome post-catalonia. And just like I said in internet special reactions,

I also thought this podcast was going to be quite a difficult one to do,

just purely because not a lot usually happens, but instead we've had a lot happen,
