Hello everybody and welcome back to the WTF1 podcast Australian Grand Prix edition.

0:10.4

Now if you're watching us on video you will already see that something is missing and that something missing is the founder Tom Bellingham.

0:18.4

He unfortunately saw Max for staff and retire and decided to hand in his notice and he is therefore never come.

0:25.6

I'm joking, I'm joking, I'm joking, I'm joking. Tommy is just away for a little while so it's just myself and Katie for this particular podcast but don't worry, yeah we've got the WTF1 author right here, right now Katie how are you doing?

0:39.6

I'm good, do you know what I'm surprisingly awake and you know I lost the word I'm afraid well clearly not my brain's not engaged.

0:47.6

That's good to say, I'm not easy awake. No other vocabulary available. Considering yeah like we said just before this you know been getting up at 3 am for the last few days and I'm not a morning person so that was a struggle but yeah I'm not feeling too tired but I'm sure I'll kick in at some point.

1:03.6

So as you just mentioned we are live streaming to the team WTF1 who store some preamble before we went live so welcome to our team WTF1 individuals watching at the moment if you want to join the WTF1 there's a link in the description where you can watch this podcast live on a Monday.

1:16.6

And I'm not talking about the other than saying, oh why is this podcast so late on a Tuesday? It comes out on a Tuesday on YouTube so there you go. This podcast is also once again sponsored by our Gato they are our season long partners and they are making us as professionals we possibly can with the waffle that comes out of our mouths so all the audio everything that you see and here is thanks to our Gato is a big shout out to them.

1:39.6

But yeah team WTF1 I've already shout out to you out WTF1.com.com. So I should team WTF1 anyway enough enough waffle now we're starting the waffle three word race reviews from the fans Billy Ash 21 I am tired I can I can vibrate that one Ronald S with four S's Red Bull Power Pains

1:58.6

Brash Axav super tight midfield and max underscored door bass first grand slam yes I'm tired there's definitely some power obviously that's a play on rebel power trains for those that maybe don't know the exact RVPT abbreviation super tight midfield yet midfield was absolutely the best part of that race and the first grand slam of course for Shaulah Clare the first pole fastest lap and win the first round of the game

2:28.6

of his career and I'm here to bask in it without being here which is which is a shame isn't it great shame I'm sure he's got to be missing that he's just there that I put my feet up is absolutely fine Katie why don't you give me your I was going to say us me your three word race review please

2:50.6

well so I've gone for Ferrari mixed weekend which is obviously relating to Shaulah Clare having pretty much seamless smooth weekend tiny tiny little error after the end of the second safety car but apart from that that was like the own mid lip

3:08.6

and yeah just a stunning weekend from him as you said first time that he's got fastest lap pole position one the race in his career first time since a lot so in 2010 I think it wasn't Singapore so for a Ferrari driver and then you look at Carlos science and oh my goodness what an absolute stinker of a weekend he had really unfortunate in qualifying just missed out and setting a time after a red flag was flown and then they couldn't get the car started so he missed out on the first time

3:38.6

time slot that he wanted so he didn't get a chance at second run and then come race day apparently that to change his steering wheel right before hand so then the setup wasn't right for him and it was just one problem after another and then he said you know I just pushed you hard too early and then he basically beached in the gravel and his weekend was over so two very different sides of the scale.

4:02.6

Yeah yeah maximum points on Shaulah Clare side zero points for Carlos science and yeah there were a huge amount of problems he was so unlucky to not get that first lap in Q3 I think he missed it by a second or two before he would have probably popped himself in second or third for the race on Sunday lots of problems thrown his way I think the thing for me is that yeah you know a lot of drivers I'm sure go through a lot of problems but he clearly effect him a little bit more.

4:32.6

He's not affected him a little bit because he went into the race he felt like a stone because of his steering wheel not being said that probably and then push too hard was out the race like that mistake is you know I'm not going to judge him for the entire season but that is the kind of mistake he can't be making at the start of the season when Shaulah Clare is quite frankly doing the business on the other side of the garage 71 points at Tommy did an amazing tweet the other day saying that Shaulah Clare could be winning the constructive championship on his own at the moments that kind of show that.

5:01.6

I was asking to Tommy's account and post that I didn't but I was a big fan so clearly the propaganda is working.

5:07.6

It's totally worth it.

5:08.6

It's starting to show a clear tweets but you know we've been saying in the first two podcasts haven't we that Carlos science wants to be in this championship fight he wants to be mixing with Lecleron and potentially a one point for our we have to back him because he's the leader in the championship but that is not happening and if anything he's starting to become this botas figure already a little bit I'm not saying he is officially

5:29.6

well tree botas number two you know kind of vibes but it's going to go that way very quickly if Lecleron 71 points down the road and continues to extend his lead and science may be creeps in a few areas isn't as quick as Shaul which we haven't seen him be quicker than Shaul really over the first three three races so it's a it's a difficult one there's a question from Abe Barkas is the pressure starting to get to science already will you be able to get his head on straight and start challenging Lecleron like last year.

5:55.6

Yeah, there were again there was another Tommy tweet actually they put out maybe a few weeks ago maybe a month ago whatever it was that said that the the bandwagon of Carlos science is better than Shaul Lecleron has gone very quiet quite quickly.

6:10.6

So again Tommy really falling for my messaging planted the seed I have.
