Welcome to the Ringer NFL show. I'm Nora Pintiati. I am here today with

Shilka. How are you two wonderful men doing? It's very good to see you. I haven't

seen either one of you in quite some time. It's good to be here. I'm doing well. I feel like,

you know, I'm like the old uncle of the Ringer NFL show. But when I woke up and saw

that Ben twisted his ankle, getting out of bed, I felt good about my role in my

status on the show. So yeah, things are going well for me. I don't know about Ben.

Maybe we're previewing some comeback player of the year potential with transitions.

But we're going to do some superlatives today. MVP offensive player of the year, some of the

rookie stuff, coach of the year. We're going to go through them. Let's get to it.
