Summary

Are Americans losing faith? Earlier this year, Gallup came out with a poll that found 81% of people said they believed in God. That's down six-percent from 2017 and the lowest number of believers since Gallup started asking the question at the end of World War II. This comes at the same time as recent polls say that Americans who are "unaffiliated" with religion on the rise. FOX News Contributor, theologian and former priest Jonathan Morris joins the Rundown to discuss the phenomenon, what factors could be driving these trends, and what it could mean for our country's future. Russia’s war on Ukraine began in February 2021 and continues to rage on. Journalists from around the world moved quickly into action to report on the tragedies and harsh realities of the Russian invasion. Many heard the story when a FOX News crew was attacked outside of Kyiv and FOX cameraman Pierre Zakrzewski and journalist Sasha Kuvshynova were killed in the attack while FOX News correspondent Benjamin Hall suffered grave injuries. Hall was rescued from behind enemy lines by a group called Save Our Allies. Today, on the Rundown we look back at our interview with the organization's co-founder Sarah Verardo who joined host Dave Anthony on the Rundown back on March 23rd to discuss details of how they reached the FOX crew, the organization's origins with the collapse of Afghanistan, and why the rescue mission meant so much to her. Plus, commentary from New York Post Columnist Karol Markowicz Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
