Hello, and thank you for joining us today. It is a COVID special, and this is a little bit of an introduction before we get right on into it. As you can see, it's a bigger special than usual. I promise. I mostly keep all of my commentary to myself, even though we're going to be talking about some pretty big political stuff and events, I promise.

I do have an issue where I call a New York's Time author an idiot.

Apologies. I got a little hot. I do the math on that one, though,

and I show you why I'm not okay with this journalist in this institution forwarding a particular

narrative in this last week that they have. So beyond that, I just wanted to go ahead and do a real

quick introduction because I will be reading for 40 minutes at the beginning here

right after this, just an article in full, verbatim, or near it. I slip up a couple times

because, you know, reading. But just about verbatim and absolutely no editing whatsoever

or editorializing, just a straight read through. And if you did listen to

I made this comment about like, oh, all the additional lines that they added about, now the pandemic is over.
