Hey, cruisers. Today we have a few words to say to you, our incredible community. We wrote this

letter and published it on Instagram and Facebook, so if some of these words sound familiar,

that's why.

Welcome to Cruise Tips TV Unplugged. I'm your host Sherry and we invite you to join our

cruise loving family as we travel the world creating cruise videos and vlogs. In this podcast,

we talk tips, tactics, and strategies to help you make every cruise your dream cruise.

2020 brought some of the most challenging days of our lives and yours.

What kept us going was your encouragement and friendship.

The participation in our live events, the comments, the messages and emails from you

truly held us up when we did not always know

what direction to head. Despite a total shutdown of the cruise travel industry that we cover,

our energy was renewed when we would hear from you. You'd remind us how we'd inspired you to

plan the best cruise, pack the most organized carry-on bag,

or that we helped you get through this trying year where travel was not possible for most of us.

Indeed, finding hope and peace looked very different in 2020, and you came alongside our family

to remind us that these rough seas will eventually calm.

Our family has forever changed through the trials and difficulties 2020 brought. We've learned to

be still. We've learned to be patient. And we've learned to be content without an adventure on the horizon.

Just before the world shut down, we had set a personal family goal to travel to 25 countries

in the next five years. While that may not seem like a lot, it was to us. As a working family with a school-aged child,

that aspiration would mean five brand new countries per year. We hope to revisit that wish

someday. After all, there is a large push-pin map on the wall of our home that's been pretty lonely
